1. Eligibility & Account Registration

Megasloto is an online entertainment platform open to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account on megasloto, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and up to date. megasloto reserves the right to verify member identity at any time through its established KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

1.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age stipulated by your local jurisdiction, whichever is higher. megasloto takes the protection of minors extremely seriously and will terminate any underage member's account without prior warning.

1.2 One Account Per User

Each individual, IP address, device, mailing address, phone number, and payment method is permitted only one megasloto account. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

• Registration must use your own real personal information — not someone else's.
• The email address used during registration must be active and belong to you.

6.1 Grounds for Account Suspension by megasloto

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Holding multiple megasloto accounts under the same or different names.
• Involvement in activities suspected of fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Repeated bonus abuse even after an official warning has been issued.
• The use of unauthorised software or technical means to manipulate game outcomes.
• Conduct that is unlawful or threatening towards other megasloto members or staff.

6.2 Account Closure by Member

Before closure, ensure all rollover requirements have been met and any eligible balance has been withdrawn. Unclaimed balances remaining 90 days after a closure request will be forfeited.

Material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8.3 Applicable Law

These megasloto terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
